Ever since I made this cake from scratch Ive been on a bit of a baking frenzy. Its become an addiction, really.
Every weekend I bake something new and thus far I've made this wonderful caramel apple pie:
(which, by the way, was the single most amazing pie Ive ever had in my life)
I also made some scrumptious lemon strawberry bread which I adapted (by editing out the lemon extract) from Katrina's recipe.
This weekend I made these wonderful coconut almond chocolate chip cookies:
I just may have discovered a hidden talent. Whether I have or not, everyone has been enjoying the fruits of my experimentation.

ReplyDeleteHi there. You're more than welcome. It was absolutely wonderful, and Im not even a pie person! I used granny smith apples and I didnt have cardamon. Other than that I followed her recipe exactly. I even used Pioneer Woman's pie crust recipe as well. If you havent checked out her site, please do. You wont regret it.
