Back on the Grind

Hi Everyone!

Happy Monday my loves!  So, this weekend I got my groove back, yall.  After being down to recover for a few weeks, I got back on the horse with a few projects: (images taken via cell phone)

I scored a dining table on CraigsList for $20!!  I know, right!! Crazy.com! I already started working on this beauty......


Experimented with oil based paint. In emerald at that!.....


 And did lots and lots of priming


I cant wait to share the goods with you guys.  What did you get into this weekend?  Until next time....

    Yay, an emerald table. I already told you that I thought it was an amazing find and can't wait to see the finished project.

      Hey Julia!! OMG I wish I painted the table emerald! How awesome would that be. It would totally freak Naomi out though. The emerald went on a few smaller pieces. The table got painted white.

      Is that bananas. It was actually in really really good condition, considering. I was prepared to have to conduct some major surgery!

      Thanks so much! It really is. It's literally the perfect fit for the space. Not too big, but big enough to comfortably everyone comfortably. I'm just happy that when we have friends over we can all sit together instead of having some at the table and everyone else on the couch. I'm beyond excited about it
