Happy Friday loves! Usually I share my current design and décor obsessions, but today I thought Id do a little something different. With all the buzz about freshening our homes for the cooler season, fall décor has been on my mind in a major way.
If you've been with me for a while, you know there are a few décor and design trends I just haven't quite been able to get in to...one of those being taxidermy. I just couldn't quite wrap my head around a once living creature being mounted on my wall. Well guess who's singin a different tune nowadays? This girl! That's right, my friends, I have been bitten by the taxidermy bug and not just any taxidermy: White Faux Taxidermy
I first heard of White Faux Taxidermy from Dana over at House Tweaking. I immediately fell in love with their chic, fresh, modern designs, plus I harbor no guilt because they are made of resin. Oh and have I mentioned that many of their options are colorful too!! Right up my alley! Here are some of my favs

I just love them. I could totally see one hanging out on one of our walls. How bout you?

ReplyDeleteI share this love of white taxidermy. I have a rhino in our guest bedroom and some antlers in our bedroom. I love the sculptural element they add!
ReplyDeleteI have a huge white moose in my dining room, I heart him! I'm ready to give him a little makeover though. I love all sorts of animal anything in my house, its a great way to inject a little fun!
