Design Obsession: Leopard/Cheetah Print

Hi Everyone!

Happy Friday loves!!

Before we dive in to the topic of the day, how bout we announce the winners of the bracelet giveaway, shall we?. Drumroll please.....

Wanda you are the winner of the Coral Lexy Bracelet, and Alyson V. you are the winner of the Pink Lexy Bracelet!  Congratulations ladies!! You will be receiving an email from me me shortly.  Thank you all so much for participating and be on the lookout for another great giveaway soon!

So who else is a leopard print lover?  I am definitely a fan. I adore it in all facets of design and especially in fashion and interiors.  Some of my absolute fav pieces in my wardrobe are leopard print.  I feel like its a bit controversial, though?  From what Ive seen, you're usually
on one end of the spectrum with it.  You either love it or you don't.  I haven't run across very many "middle of the road" kinda folks when it comes down to it.

To me its timeless and will never go out of style.   It can offer a very classic look, or it can add a touch of unexpected to the otherwise mundane.  You gotta be careful, though, because things can go downhill fast with it #youdontwannabeTHATperson.

I have to say one of the most fabulous uses of animal print Ive seen recently has gotta be Erin's staircase she revealed earlier this week.  I literally screamed when I saw it.  I absolutely love it.

Seriously.  This is right up my alley.  Slightly over the top for some, but perfectly statement-making to me.  Here's a lineup of some other swoon worthy leopard yumminess:

Ahhh yes.  Definitely a fan.  Ive got to incorporate it into our home somehow.

How about you?  Are you a fan?  Have a fab weekend everyone! Until next time....

  1. I'm a fan, most definitely. But I also go through spurts where you just see it so much that I have to pack some of the leopard items away and bring them out when things calmed down again. LOL
    Love the runner!

  4. Leopard in design is a little to risky for me. This coming from a girl who is perplexed about having an white bookcase. Lol but I do love leopard in fashion. I am lovin that skirt and that scarf!

    1. Lol that's ok! We all have our own comfort zones. I think you may be more comfortable with just a little splash of leopard in design. Maybe a small throw or accent pillow on the couch? Could be viewed like a clutch or scarf in fashion....that quirky finishing touch. I'm gonna wear you down eventually;)
