Say what you may about IKEA, but I freakin love that place! Im an Ikea Family member, I get the cataloges in the mail every year, I get email notifications about monthly deals at my local store , and I just downloaded the new IKEA catalogue app, which is the bomb.com, by the way. If you haven't downloaded it, I suggest it. All the extra features offered only via smartphone or tablet are great! The videos and additional room stylings offer even more super inspiring spaces.
Lucky for us we live just 10 minutes from the great blue and yellow wonderland and on our most recent trip I found some pretty awesome things. I thought I'd share what Im currently loving: IKEA style.
First up is this really cool rug. The Lappljung Ruta. Don't even ask me how to pronounce this one! All I know is I love the black and white geometric shape.
These popular beauties have been all over the blogosphere and I must say Im jumpin on the Vittsjo bandwagon. They looked just as good in person as they do in all the blog posts featuring them.
Now this table is not new, but Ive been eyeing it for over a year now. Since we've decided to turn the formal dining room into a game area/library Ive been giving purchasing it some serious consideration. The scale is just perfect for the space. It'll be the perfect spot to play game of Yahtzee or Phase 10. Im just having a hard time with the Docksta's $199 pricetag. Maybe someone is selling theirs on Craigslist?
Of course there are a bajillion other things that I love, but these are a few that are most likely to end up in Casa de Gardner. So have you been to Ikea lately? What are you loving? Until next time......

Love Ikea and that rug is gorgeous. I considered those glass book cases, but I hate dusting! LOL!
