A week, guys! Can you believe we are a week away from Thanksgiving? Where in the world did November go? I mean, seriously! And we all know that come 11:59 pm on Nov 28, it'll be full throttle into Christmas!
I always host Thanksgiving dinner and this year is no different. Entertaining for our friends is something I look forward to all year long and I absolutely love it. We usually have upwards of 15 people for Thanksgiving every year, but we've never had a large enough table to accommodate everyone. Thankfully this year we do, so I've been in table setting inspiration mode. Id love something modern, yet comfortable and also casual, yet formal at the same time. Oxymoron much!?
Id really like to infuse a bit of whimsy or something a tad unexpected into the mix, too. I'm really liking these details
Who here has no idea how to properly set a formal dinner table? Me, that's who! This guide should help. I'm thinking a mix of the two.

Well hello there neon dipped pine cone place card holder! I can always find a way to sneak in neon:)
I think I can come up with something with all this inspiration. So tell me...are you hosting dinner this year? Do you have a go-to table setting? Until next time...

I will be hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year. It started out as just our little family but now we have friends coming. Friends that are vegetarian, help me, I put meat in everything. Lol. I usually use the informal place setting and I think that neon pinecone is so you. Please incorporate that into your tablescape.
